A heartfelt welcome to my students and their families. I am so excited for the 2020-2021 school year. I have been a Grade 6 generalist teacher for 13 years and taught at MCMS for 8. My number one goal is for students to know they are cared for and belong. Diversity of all kinds is embraced, honoured and welcomed in my classroom. Working with families to support children is imperative and a key component to their success. Together with the Grade 6 team, we will deliver the curriculum in an engaging and thought-provoking way. Students will be supported and challenged every step of the way to maximize their personal and academic growth this year. Feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns.
