Muriel Clayton school is hosting a screening of this documentary dealing with kids and youth growing up in the digital age. Screenagers was made by an American filmmaker who is also a physician and a parent. Being a parent of preteens and teenagers motivated Delaney Ruston to look at the issue of balancing social media, video gaming and internet use for her children.

There will be a screening at our school on October 12th from 6:30-8:30. The price for the movie will be $5.00 and are available through Eventbrite. Right after the viewing there will be a panel discussion with members from the University of Calgary and members of our school community. We will also have a showing for our student body on October 20th during the morning.
